I'm not sure if you're trying to show the height of the sky, or if this is just a weird choice of composition (compared to horizontal). Because of how you usually frame these trees, I'd like more space on the left and it closer to the right. Definately different. One of the posters said it would be better with the top cloud cropped - would kill the aspect ratio, but would be better I think.

Well seen. Would have been (even) better if you'd cropped out the topmost cloud leaving the smaller one all alone in the sky.
Nice texturing in the weatfield, tree is a bit lacking in detail (and seems dark, a constant threat when shooting scenes with a lot of sky).
Maybe you should try this same spot again and choose a lower viewpoint, seperating the tree (almost) completely from the horizon.
I think that would add a lot of power to the scene.
