Thanks for your interest. Yes the invert and Hue shift were in Photoshop CS4. Before that, the depth of field was done with Zerene Stacker. The attached is after the stacker program. You see that the colors are the same. Only the brightness is reversed.

Thanks, It is a real photo of a lily with extra depth of field. Post processing was first invert then adjust hue by 180 degrees.
