About Black pick is also called black Iberian pig. It can be traced back to ancient times, is found in herds clustered in the central and southern territory of the Iberian Peninsula, in Portugal and Spain.
Pick or pork, if it is taken to the restaurants become very famous food especially for japanese food. Black pork in japanese restuarants is called via menu "a KUROBUTA". Kurobuta has become very famous food for all meat eaters around the world.
