Congrats on your new Canon, Panyakit. Dont worry to much bcse you stated "Highly opened for critique." so I did my best to find some ;)
The buildig is not a big issue, besides I use Capture NX2 that also does not allow cloning but I can live with that, NX2 offers a lot of other nice goodies :)
So dont buy PS, for me it is a small detail.............:)

Frankly say, after change the device from 40d into 5d, all the picture taken by new camera have not been edited via photoshop given the old version of software installed in pc can't work with 5d, in fact all today's images came directly from the camera, instant software in the pc I utilized it for putting title, my name and add frame only. For cloning even dodging and burning I should work on photoshopCS4-5(enable to work with 5d camera)..I should buy it soon then.. I tries so much to stay away from re-touching picture but dodging and burning might b the must for creating 3 dimensional look over B&W. Clone..I have no experience at all..will try then. Thank for you advice, Harry

youve done well with the shoreline running / in the image
little critique, if you would be a perfectionist you may want to clone out the building at the right
good work Panyakit !
