Ann, this image can use two different approaches.. you can desaturate it and present it in Sepia tones, or in Black and White format as you are presenting architecture.. in Fog.. But looking at your shot again... i guess you wanted the desaturated effect.. i took the liberty of running your picture thru picture editor software and applied duotones.. i don't think it is any different from your presentation.. anyway.. it is a good one and by looking at the electric lines .. i must say this is an ancient Railway bridge..

I'm not sure I see any reflections..unless you are speaking of a moment in time? Anyway, I do like the fog and composition. How did you get your picture to post so big?
