i saw these 2 kids wandering in the streets.i later found their father and had a talk with him after feeding them with some noodles and cooked banana.the mother left them for another man after they were evicted from their house as they no longer have money to pay the rent.i suggested to the father to just bring the kids to the social welfare so they can be fed, dressed and properly cared for which he readily agreed.i will be going back to that place and check if he was able to do it.and maybe bring some more food and clothing for him and the kids if they are still there.here are more pix of them - http://larrypconcepcion.multiply.com/photos/album/1090/Mga_Inabandunang_Palaboy
