I completely understand Saad. I have the same problems and my photos are often over flashed if I have a choice to choose the correct settings of lose the moment...

thank you twice for this nice and constructive critique.
I agree with you about the right upper corner.
about all other points,the answer is so simple,he was doing his work in the street,and I have to find a place in between crowded people and customers who are surrounding him,and this the best that I could get,

I like your idea but please accept some comments as it's CC.
First of all I would use much lower DOF so that the hands and the cup only are visible.
There are few thing sin this photo which in my opinion are not necessary, eg. in upper right corner or that red pen below it.
All objects in the front I would also keep out of focus.
It's a pity that there is something which covers writing on the envelope on the table as well.
But you made a very nice capture of a moment though and I love the way you emphasised the hands.

Hello Saad,
Today I'm the first one to comment your shot.
Very very nice presentation of this artist's work. I love this calligraphy... Recently I was at the Turkish market organised in Warsaw and there was a nice guy who were presenting the water painting and calligraphy too. He made me a painting with my Omer's and mine names calligraphed, with the manner similar to this ;)
