The view is great, as well as the composition, and the colors of both flowers and sea are marvellous... So I think it would be better to set focus both on sea and flowers; with sharp flowers it would be more impressive :)

The color contrast blue-red is very attractive. I only wonder how the result had been with a much lower aperture, I mean with a high value over 22. The situation you have here is one with plenty of light, so you could have tried it. The result would be that you get the foreground flowers focused as well as the sea at the background. Wih respect to the composition I would have taken my camera to a slightly different position such getting the flowers in some natural window frames of the balcony glass.
