yah...the knife here is to give the sense of pain. actually i took the shot for a project "RED". i wanted to submit a different shot from others and one evening this idea clicked in my mind :)

This one made me some differents things in my stomach, that i can't explain.
But one think it sure...the contradiction is so powerful. I don't know if the knife is the main idea of your pain, but it gives a disconcerting atmosphere.
