Joe, thank you for looking at my photo. I took another look at your "tree," and if you consider it to be an abstract painting, I think maybe it would show more strongly if your cropping "window" moved up to enclose less of the dark tree in the foreground, and more of the white tree in the center and background.

Your subject is "tree," but it's difficult to single out a tree of interest. And I think the focus is generally too soft throughout the picture. Nice try, though!
