Hi Sorin, I like the emotion you've captured on the faces of the diggers in this image but I think it's been diluted by the foreground chairs and the background viewers. Hope you don't mind, I've had a play with this to bring their emotion more to the fore then converted to BW because I think that's the better medium for portraying emotion.
