Another nicely composed capture of the "alley", Keith! I guess the restaurants tend to put outdoor tables wherever they can fit them in, as is the case here.

Oh yes that's a good idea!!!I love to do deserts ( and to eat them...LOL) ...you are right the name is Pavlova!!!Baklova is a name from a biscuit but I don't remember from where it is?? I'm getting older !!!

This is the one. Pavlova. Invented in NZ. Australia claim it but the records originate to nz. Ill send you the recipe. I sent it to Bixie once. Not sure if she ever made it.

Hmmmm...lamb with mint!!!Our favorite meal when we are in Australia or NZ!!!Joe likes mint pie as well...and which desert??Do you know Baklova...I think it is the right word...my favorite one!!

Hahaha no cheeky Nicki. I ate a Lamb and mint pie and a vegitarian pie in the park across the road from the bakery. Also a donut. Only one we saw in the south island. Thought i better eat it to get rid of it. Cant have people eating bad food and getting fat can we now. Big beary hugs. Keith :)
