this is one of the cases where a good work on the pc can make miracles.
the image is great, imean, the expression captured is beautiful and full of significance, the light is great and tones and contrast are ok.
the problem i see is that there are too many elements that distract from the subject. you can selectively blur and darken them, and obtain a masterpiece.
