Yep, unbelievable fow fast it went. I bought my first calculator at Dixons, a Sinclair ZX81, at work they used an IBM with display write and in my study we had a watercooled pc with teletypes at 50 baud.
And at berkely uni, they did some magic with internet.
But I was born after the eniac !

wow!!! I remeber this!!!!
when I was working in NY (that's a loooong time ago)I used to run the same tape in two different machines trying to send it in two different places and get offers asap hahahahahaha
