About About 6 years ago, I took a trip up the East Coast to Newfoundland and got this iceberg photo. The Canadian government had decided to protect the fish, and caused the shutdown of the private fisheries, taking away the livelihood of tens of thousands of fishermen and their families. The government offered some compensation, but it was not enough to survive. So someone came up with the idea of towing the icebergs which come from Greenland into land and breaking them up. They then melted down the pieces and were selling the 100,000-year-old water, which was extremely pure.

Świetne , w moim typie.
mocny kontrast, i stosunkowo abstrakcyjny temat , ładna kompozycja.

Pozdrawiam,
Ania

Pani Aniu,
Titanic nie mogl doplynac do celu,to raz.
Dwa...historia Titanica,to klasyczny przyklad i odzwierciedlenie konca obecnej cywiliacji.
Smutne to moze,ale niestety prawdziwe.

Brakuje tylko Titanica... ;)

Rety, ja bym nie wpadła na taki pomysł... choć kto wie, ciężka sytuacja być może bardziej stymuluje kombinowanie...

A zdjęcie piękne...

Pozdrawiam,
Ania

Yes it is true, they wher seleing a 375 mil. botles for $5 each,it was a 100 ooo years old water, taste very well.
American are seleing aceberg from Alaska to Japan and you can buy it in Tokio a botle for $25
But you can buy water with chlorin in US for $2 botle,as well.Big Pharma business is makein a trilions of dolars on it.

And there was me thinking they had lettuces inside!

I like the shapes here that are echoed between the iceberg, the water, the hills and the clouds. Looks great in B&W.
