I see, Indranil. It is many times this way... Best scenes and subjects appear in front of us exactly when we... don't have that camera with us! ;-)

It is a much better image than the 1.2 megapixel would imply. But still, in such cases it is better to sigh three times, say something like "*%&#!!!" just look at the exhibition. ;-)

Cheers!

Nick

Thanks a lot Nick. Nicely said. I must appriciate your observations and deep thinking.
Actully this photograph I have taken by my cellphone camera. It is not so strong camera, only 1.2 megapixel and less features. I dont have any plan for photography that day. I went to see the exhibition and between this I found some interesting compositions ;).

Best Regards!
Indranil

Even better as a composition! That guy occupies the right place in that museum, and the lighting lets it appear as yet another scene of a good theater play. Tension, dramatic, but no hollywoodian idealization! The lighting balance did wonders in this sense!

The image appears to be a bit less focused than I would wish. I assume this was due to lower light conditions and thus longer exposure, or am I mistaken? I sharpened it a bit with USM for getting an impression of what it could look like under a sharper focus. Of course the typical contour echoes appeared but for a glimpse it is enough to tell me that the idea was great. Eerrrm... Mr. Indranil, if I may say that to you, get your tripod or (mis)use the shoulder of some museum visitor for fixing the camera! ;-) Your ideas are too nice to be weakened by any unnecessary small bit of a flaw. (In case the visitor complains tell him about the importance of photography as compared to his/her unimportance! ;-))

Cheers!

Nick

I like this Neel, taken in difficult circumstances with a less than ideal tool. I particularly love the silhouetting of the art lover and the thoughtful perspective in composure. Well done again to you my friend. All the very best.......Ray
