Thanks Shirley, I really had to work to hide the huge power pole that was showing in the reflections at a different angle. Had to do some walking around to get it like this. Be well, Stan

Hi Saad, this was a one time shot. I was in this city for 4 days while visiting my son in prison. I had some time to walk around when I shot this. I would like to go there again because of the great architecture found in the city. It is a city of many types of architecture. This was shot on a Sunday morning which is a day of rest for most workers and offices. Thanks for the thoughts. Be well, Stan

Thanks so much Don, I appreciate the detailed comment. I agree with the tip you have shared. I was walking in downtown Spokane while waiting to visit my son in prison there. I walked by this building and the light was nice on the building and the glass was reflecting the gray day. There were some huge power poles that I was trying to hide the reflections of. Was going for the minimal but symmetric look. There was little life stirring in the area. I will look for that extra punch as I continue the journey in my photo self schooling. Thanks again for the great comment. I will come see your portfolio today and share some of my thoughts as well. Be well, Stan

wonderful concept, the gray sky almost makes each window look like a black and white print embedded in the color image. if only you could have caught a bird or something in the reflection in one of the windows. (I read the photo tips in this month's national geographic and they say that once you find a great image, wait for something to happen, so I mean not to be critical but to dream about the potential in that shot) Excellent work
