About Billy Clanton was one of the cowboys that were killed by the Earps and Doc Holiday at the Gunfight at OK Corral in Tombstone AZ. This picture was taken where the Clanton ranch was located. They were known to be horse thefts and the panoramic view from the ranch they could see anyone approaching from any direction. These hills are called the Charleston Hills and Tombstone Arizona is about 8 miles on the other side of these hills. Charleston is a ghost town located at the left corner of the picture
