I guess you may have been at the 10mm end of your zoom? I'm looking at the vignetting. I sometimes get rid of that (easy enough) but here it works for you, strengthening the 3D effect of the path and making those dark rain clouds look even more threatening. The big difference between the two bits of blue sky is puzzling me. Does that mean you actually darkened the sky over the church some more? Or maybe its an artifact of HDR + tone mapping? Anyway, it's a great image. Makes me want to peek inside.

what impress me in this shot ,is the perfect matching of the colors and textures of the paths small stones,and the church building bigger stones,it was as if the path is paved by what is left from the original construction,the small perspective puzzle of the standing grave witness stone and its relation in perspective to the door under the tall building,which once you see the door as the other stone,and after few seconds staring,you see it as a door,especially when linking it to other tow arches of the main door,and the far small bridge arches,
a beautiful photo that I watched for a while,my regards,
