There is nothing wrong with your lens. Your horizon is tilted because you tried to capture the clouds while keeping the palm trees and buildings perpendicular. This is convergence which happens when your lens (more pronounced with wide lenses) is tilted upwards.

thanks a lot for visiting. the slope thing cud be already a capability issue of my lens. maybe, if i used a wider angled lens then the slope wudn't be there. that i have to find out hehe. you have a good day.

Beautiful image and outstanding sky - love those clouds ...nice pov and angle - the slight slope of the harbor to the right bothers me a bit altho I am sure this is how it is - I just don't know if a photograher is to straighten it out - or show it as is (?) To me I think how you did it is how is best but it is very noticeable and a bit bothersome to the composition -
I think I am no help - so sorry :( but wanted to comment how beautiful this image is and my thoughts ...
