Great shot of these happy but hungry scouts - love the front part of the ...well raft I would say ..and the happy grins on the faces of these survivalist :)) Great exposure and reflections !! A happy mood my dear !!

Merci Nicki, oui beaucoup de plaisir sur la fleuve mais aussi toujours un plaisir te te lire.
J'ai pensé beaucoup à toi pendant mon plus récent voyage et séjour aux Ardennes et à Luxembourg. Certaines photos prises étaient destinées à toi. Pas encore publiées sur UF, mais on aura encore le temps.

Ha Jen, dank voor je comment. Het was een prachtige tocht en ervaring kayakken op de Semois. Wel onschuldig allemaal vergeleken bij tochten die ik maakte in Suriname, op Borneo en in Venezuela maar dat is allemaal weer een paar geleden en kwam daarom nog niet echt aan bod op UF,

Heerlijk zo'n stel kids, zullen idd veel lol hebben gehad samen, niet in't watergevallen met al dat dollen? En jij maar aan de kant staan joelen zeker..hahaaaa
Wat is er nou mis met de foto, is toch prima? Ook met de kleuren en pixels! Tenminste op mijn pc, jammer dat mijn zoon al naar huis is, had ik even kunnen vragen wat het probleem is...zoen Jenxx

I tried so much to get this picture of about 1900 kb to a reasonable resolution version of 400 kb. I keep it now as it is. The original version had good sharpness, but all what I did in making it smaller size was not satisfying to me. All kind of methods, different interpolations and pixel sizes all showed a loss of resolution which previously in other uploads were visibly less severe then with this one.
Another problem I got is probably related to my graphics card or its drivers. I get weird pixels and lines in wrong colors especially with many applications open at the same time. I attach an example.
All comments and suggestions welcome with respect to these 2 problems.
