My title mean something like "When the winter will coming", that was a little part of a brasilian song, because the current season here today is fall. I think that explain the propose of the image ;)
Although the intense blue sky is pleasant and gives this shot considerable impact, It is not clear to me why this particular photo was taken. I see nothing unusual about the tree or the composition of the photograph. Maybe things would be clearer to me if you zoomed in further, or zoomed out and included the whole tree and its surroundings. This is just a personal opinion, others may not agree. I cannot read your title; perhaps it contains some information needed to really appreciate the photo.
If you have the software to do digital editing of the image (such as Photoshop or Photoshop Elements, there are things you could do to increase the interest. Possible ideas: Add a large bird in the tree. Or multiply the image several times, shifting each image over slightly, fading each one a little more toward transparency. Or play with colors: Bright red tree against a darker blue sky. Or posterize it. Or try it in monochrome with a black sky, lightening the tree. Or silhouette the tree against a deep blue sky, adding a large full moon behind the trees.
Often a less than perfect photo contains things that can be worked with to improve the photograph.
