Yeah, these are once-in-a-period events .. i remember having seen such front rolling in from over the sea, while we were in the sunshine sitting on the beach .. that image of a big rolling pitchblack cloud will never leave my memory, so impressive it was ..

Thanks Nicole, when the wind and rain hit you could hardly stand up. I got my camera put away as the first big drops and blast of wind enveloped me. I do not know if I was brave or a little crazy. I appreciate your comment. Be well, Stan

Thanks so much Mamiya man, you rock with that camera and Velvia. I got an old Canon T90 with 12 rolls of Velvia slide film. I have been using it up and have been so impressed with the results. Have to convert to digital and post some. I am glad you liked this. You should have been here, it was a real storm. A minute after this shot got hit with 50mph wind and Hail, rain etc. Be well, Stan

thanks Malules, this was the moment of decision. Shot and head for the truck. On of the most severe storms I have ever been in! A big hug back and be well, Stan

Paul, it was a fast capture of what was bearing down on me. Not time for a technical masterpiece. I was out for the quick shot and back to truck for safety. It had 50+ mph winds with it and was closing fast.. Thanks for the comment and support. Be well, Stan

This was taken a minute before the wind and rain hit with a vengeance. I was scrambling for the truck. I can only imagine living where there are tornadoes. No thanks, this was bad enough. Be well, Stan
