A good one agaon, and it carries both looks of a snapshot in the middle of life but also of a careful composition of a theater scene! The B&W supports the latter well.
The red splash in the otherwise B&W look adds something vivid. I guess that a tiny bit more contrast would help (attachment) though this way it also ahs a bit of that softer light that matches its character as a remembrance of some special day.
