interesting capture and about, well seen farmer in red on that interesting paddy.. Similar with the river banks and lake shore here during dry season, they utilize it also for planting rice or vegetables.

Very nice shot Ranjan, the subject is really great about the rise area... impressive cirqle with water to fild up with the plants... plus that the top of the frame has these 'stairs' like shapes of brown and green, that is another good element into your composition.
the colours are GREAT...strong and deep something that I like it.
I could ask for a bit more sharpness or just a smaller aperture could increase a bit the clarity of the image.
