Thank You for the explanation. I learned something today. Honestly, I would never guess the red mark has a religious meaning. Could that be coincidence?

The photograph “Oh My God” does not represent any technical problems.The Red Design / symbol on the wall inside the bonnet – represents a good sign, or a symbol of God.When a car runs for a long time closing the bonnet cover,I think the temperature inside the engine cover becomes very high.
From my point of view the good or godly symbol shouldn’t be placed over there.Regards...
