About For My VIP friend Pam, remember "1 Must Know the Rules to Break Them"...

Power was done by using a "Vagabon" DC to AC Inverter (Made by Alien Bee) with 1 Alien Bee B800 (320ws) strobe head, with 1 yellow gel film sheet... ;)

PS was not used, but simple lighting techniques were. No metering was done, except for eye balling the shot after on the screen using a Hoodman loupe. Then adjusting the light according to the desired effect wanted...

I strongly, and I mean strongly suggest purchasing a "Hoodman" HoodLoupe #H-LPP. Did I say Strongly? Awesome piece of equipment IMHO! Replaces the Sekonic outdoors anyways.

Way under exposed of course... hehehe

Thank you for stopping by,

Martin

Chase,

Well I'm sure you read the about section on this post and your just teasing me, but it was just 1 Bee with 1 yellow gel film over it. This was shot in total shade... No direct sunlight was used regarding this shot ol' Son... ;)

Love,

Dad

Jac,

Well what can I say ol' boy? I am a very pretty boy. Much prettier than your ugly self... lol

I had to explore a little bit on the other side. LMAO...

My best to the wife and kids,

Marty

OK, now YOU are shooting flowers after you said to me...

Jac,

I always knew you were a pretty boy, but now your posting flowers... ROTHFLMAO !

So what can I say now, you're a pretty boy too, or you just want to explore your "other side"... think you really are the REAL pretty boy :))

Otherwise, what can I see about this one. The lightning is real nice, as the colors and texture. PRETTY nice capture Martin. LMAO

Take care my friend.

I liked the depth that the shadow gives between the flowers center and petals, the bug adds the natural aspect of the shot. A lot of my flowers are usually not bug free in my yard.I have not tried macro yet so the lighting thing is over my head. Where would a person find more info about the "hoodman" that you use? Stan:) :)
