I like your lighting and technique very much. My only suggestion would be to add a drop or two of water to add a "spring time" freshness. See Karen johnsons Portfolio to see the effectiveness of a few drops! Regards.

Well whatever you did to improve it worked well light yellow is almost a bad to bring out a white but you did a good job excellent image.

I think this is an excellent composition...you've pulled the flower from a corner which adds interest to the image...the blue is complimentary to the yellow...your image has good clarity and detail in the center...one suggestion...you might consider cropping from the bottom just a sliver...but not too much...you've created a nice diagonal here
