Hi Andre!
Thanks again for the nice detailed comment and suggestion, which the great minds seem to be converging to about this image. ;-)
Unfortunately I missed taking another one with the man closer to the lens. I didn't even realize at that time that the man could play such a role on the image. To tell you the truth, this was for me quite the beginning of trying some images of streets and persons and I was still too much influenced from that kind of "feeling only" approach that manages so many times to miss the important things. Instinctively we do grasp some things but to turn them into a real image - that needs also a bit more of thoughts, which I didn't have on this one.
The good thing is that such images tell a lot if one does pay attention and not simply "looks". And I can be only glad for your ongoing attention on such things. Thanks a lot again!

Hi Nick,
I like this style of image where you look deeper and deeper into the image and peel away layers of detail with our eyes. A very nice image. An improvement (in my mind) would have been if the man was closer to your lens, so that he would have been three times as large in the image. Maybe you snapped another as he walked closer?
