Out of focus, yes. But that's ok, it works better that way.
Meaningless. Well, yes. To me it was completely and utterly meaningless. Why did you need to put a red spot on the screen? What are the numbers for? What is changing? If there is an artistic message you want to get across, then I for one need a bit more help what it is.
Overall, I felt it was a good composition and a good execution of an original something. I just wish I had the faintest idea what you were on about! Good luck anyway!
