Is very easy to use a microscope, but a good quality microscope with a good quality digital camera is quite expensive. I'm a pathologist, so i have access to such lenses in my professional background. But as a photographer (nonprofessional) I prefer to take microscopic images to objects (transparent if is possible) from nature. Otherwise I work with special prepared and stained histological slides, which are of professional interest but less artistic importance (at least in my opinion).
