Wow! A strange world between real and unreal, Leo! I guess that the grain adds much to the strangeness of this one, turning it to some depiction of a thought rather than of reality, but using no "fantasy bubbles" and the like! A very serious attempt and a successful one!
For making the lighting transition perfect, perhaps (only perhaps) a moderate cloning of the vague shadows over the right building could help. (See attachment)

Hi Leo,
Excellent atmosphere, the pale, low contrast scene sketches a spooky mood. I'd only remove a bit of the grain, as I believe it would even push the atmosphere a tad more. Nevertheless a very fine photo.

Can't beat film for the real thing for some shots. Excellent picture, Leo -- very enjoyable to view.

Yes, fog in a city... I live in Curitiba, one of the most high cities in Brazil (we are at 3.400 feet above sea), and in winter time we have a lot of foggy days...
