Thanks for your comment and your rework. I do like the square crop you've chosen. I have quite a few shots from the park and I look forward to experimenting more with them.

Hello again Dave,
Yet another most favorite subject, but with too much foreground with an unnecessary 'lead in' with all the foreground in my opinion. It is a 'Robust' piece of Giant Granite with Half Dome 'twinkling' on the right which I like that you have included.
Perhaps a square format would do them much more justice with more of a 'Zone System Contrast' per the attached if you don't mind.
I myself just went overboard totally accenting El Captitan in my version to the max by this yet another link below but has done quite well for me.
