Hmmm, I returned since this one didn't leave me in peace!
Your approach has more "scene" - it puts the protagonist into a place with perspective, I see now. So, under the premises of your approach, a bit exaggearation of the perspective could make it even stronger. (Shorter focal length, some more extreme angle of view, etc.)

The hard light on the concrete and the very hard contrasts that form its texture stand in a splendid contrast themselves to the less highlighted surroundings! The construction gets much enhancement this way - it stands under the spotlight, it is the protagonist!
Its importance should be further enhanced. I attach a tighter crop on which I cloned off the crane at the top for a better visualisation of what I mean!

Well, that excactly is the sign of a bank, here at my place!!! Excellent, the lighting is great so the object is bright and supported well from the darker background!

I like the contrast between the foreground and the background. Perhaps I would try to cropp differently playing with the different shapes, angles and lines..
This is anyway well seen.
