About Returning home after work, and looking from the train window without really seeing anything except the fast moving rails, I had the impression that even the nonexisting world of the reflection on the window did nothing different than I did. Only quick moving from a place to the next. I hope the image manages to somehow visualize that thought.

Any comments would be very welcome.

Soon I'll be posting an even better one (for me) of exactly this subject.

Many many thanks and cheers,

Thanks a lot Rachel for the nice and detailed comment. Well, impressions I did have, but opinions? I don't know. I don't know if I should have some opinion about that at all, and if I should have some, then an opinion about what? You see, all those things in mind were just impressions, but for an opinion I should first deal very carefully with the given matter, and I didn't want to deal with that matter, really, because I didn't like it. It was only just like having to live with it somehow. Many call that surviving. And exactly this is the only intention behind this series.

Best wishes, and keep it up,

Nick

Thanks a lot, Chad, for the nice and detailed comment. Now that you say, I also think that some more sharpness/detail of the inner part of the train would do good. At that time, when I shot this, I thought that it sould be kept in softer focus for enhancing that kind of "all in fast motion" mood. But I think that you are right, and so I am going to retry such a shot.

Thank you very much,

Nick

Nice shot! And yes, this photo does convey the thoughts running through your mind, and I love that! Great work on capturing more than the image of a train, but also your opinions and impressions too, thanks for sharing! :)

Very interesting shot, it drew my eye right away. I would however like to see a bit more detail on the non-reflection portion. Still very nice shot here. Well done.
