This reminds me of a Robert Frost poem, not sure why... anyways, this is really really cool (pun intended). I think the scratches almost make it look like the snow is in warp speed, blowing past the bird. The birds head seems disproportionate to the body, perhaps thats intentional, but it adds additional "mood" and I love it.

Bit of deja vu going on here but i do like the snow storm and Christmas lights.most impressive is the legendry celestial light-something i was looking out for last night(the tears of San lorenzo in the beard of Perseus-or so I heard on the TV news-but altogether a waste of time and a pain in the neck. saludos, tony. ps- the hammer and the hamster might well be a theme worth exploring,I think you've done the pigeon up the tree to Death(!) although,I have to admit this last image is a Cracker!
