Very nice shot from a good vantage point. Image is a bit soft and blocked up but the comp is good. I think you need to work on the focusing and play around with lighting a bit. Feel free to email me if you ever have any questions.
I like, I don't know how many times I've taken pictures of my dog, just for the sake of fooling around with a camera, and they always look like cheap, stupid, low quality family photos that no one wants to see. Nice work making a common and simple supject look not like a family photo, but one suitable for framing, neat color and toning as well.
