About This photograph was taken at a very small hotel by the side of the National Highway-2 at Asansol. The boy is mere 3 years old and suffering from fever for 3-4 days. His parents run the hotel and earn $100 a month. Its almost 10-45 am and his parents are quite busy for preparing lunch for the customer. The boy is sitting on the chair lonely and the benches are empty. The body temp. rises 101 deg F and the headache also. I can feel his suffering.
can u get the feeling from my shot?

BEAUTIFUL shot Partha! Great composition! I love the dramatic color of the blue chair against the more muted background. It really draws you into the subject. Fabulous!!!! 7++++

Let me try to explain why I make this one of my favourites. Generally I don't because it's such a fruitless exercise to express all the feelings that one gets out of a beautiful shot. Starting with dark on the right and then the light on the left gives me hope that there's still something to hope for. I love this contrast of light and shadow. I think the expression on the child's face is just PRICELESS!!!! The overall colour combination gives the photo a charmingly soothing feeling. Composition is something that I expect only top class from you and so it should be usual for you. All other feelings can't be described in words, so why try! I sincerely believe that you'll get an award here.
