Hi Yamil, I remember saying this to Marcus at one time. Funny how you can look for these guys in the wild and come up blank... but you can drive down most 2 lane highways or interstates and there they are watching the cars go by :) Andre

Hi Andre, You are right. Not matter the species of hawks, it's easier to get close to juv's than adults. This is the closest I have ever been to a Cooper's. I think urban hawks are easier to photograph than their wild brothers because they get use to see people walking by the neighborhood. I really hope this guy is going to stay around. Best wishes. Yamil

Hi Dave. This shot was taken on the fence of one of my neighbors, but the attached pic was taken on my front yard. I hope this Cooper's is going to stay around for a while. Regards. Yamil

Very nice Yamil! I have a feeling when he gets a little older, he will not come around so close any more. Andre

You live in a great neighbourhood, Yamil! Nice shot of this guy. Is he sitting on your fence? Dave.

Hi Avi, Thanks for your comment. I wish that the background and light would have been different too, but unfortunately this is what I got. Still, I like it because I got very close to this guy and got some nice details. Regards. Yamil
