Jessie -- Visiting the Letterman Digital Arts Center is one of many reasons to go to San Francisco and surrounding areas. You would no doubt enjoy it. I don't think you can visit inside the Center but the grounds are beautiful.

oh, we love star wars so much. we should get there, jan! you've inspired us. i have to say, one time we were at a john williams music concert, and they had people dressed up. lillie (age 5 now) was so scared of the darth vader guy, it was a hoot. it took padme (her very favorite character) to get her closer! it is kind of funny, how he's stuck next to a cabinet, here...

There is a disturbance in the force....
Makes me want to steel him, take him to my friends house, pop him on the front porch and ring the doorbell!!
Friends of mine had a large cardboard cutout image of Gimli from Lord of The Rings, they used to put it in various rooms around the house and scare the beejeepers out of their unsuspecting flatmat....LOL
