Wonderful portrait Orazio- I Love this image in B+W and the tones in between.... His skin tone is perfect ...a woman would LOVE to have such great skin at this age :)) Also the contrast is supurb... he reminds me sooo very much of the previous image you posted...I wonder if they are the same(??))))
I know about Joe Di Maggio but haven't heard about him lately ... Regardless this is a Super-Portrait and Great Title .

Excellent portrait. I love how he is having his cigarette in his mouth and how seriously he is looking. Very good and strong expression you have captured, by posting it in B&W gives this image even more class.

P.s Just a question; was Joe Di Maggio a Sportmen? I am not sure I have heard his name befor. But I can't remember who he was.

Anche questo è un bel ritratto, mi piace particolarmente la conversione in BN, la trovo più adatta a questo tipo di volti, un po' vissuti, segnati dal sole e dall'aria, simpatico il cappellino, è quello che ti ha fatto venire in mente mio zio d'America? In realtà non c'è nessuna parentela, peccato altrimenti Marylin Monroe sarebbe stata mia zia :))) Comunque "Joe" era il mio soprannome ai tempi dell'università ;) Ciao Mitico! Max
