The whole pose of the snake, with half body inside the pot and half coming out of it, adds a cool dynamism to the shot. It almost tells us clearly about the suppleness of the reptile and the swiftness with which it can move.
To me, this is a fantastic image !

Tu mera dushman, dushman tu mera, main nagin, tu photographer
bollywood jokes apart, i wish you could have taken the photo from a much lower angle; here the snake seems a bit dwarfed by holding the camera much above him, thus losing the magnanimity of a snake. but i guess, you clicked it instantly and didnt have time for potentially fatal experiments.: >)
