About perhaps this decaying leaf, in a pool of rainforest light, is reminiscent of the last fragment of the earth, from space, when finally mankinds vicious and greedy assault on the environment has become too great, ten million starving people cling, like a big white bear to a melting iceflow, as the last hoorah descends, engulfs, consumes......nothing!
