About	Went to our local Arboretum this morning and they had a field of these flowers. Spiderwort flowers open in the morning, then wilt and turn to mush in the afternoon. This species and Ohio spiderwort (Tradescantia ohiensis) are the only spiderworts native to Connecticut, but many hybrid spiderworts are grown as garden plants, and these occasionally escape into the wild. Aperture 9.5 shutter 1/180 ISO 400
