Hi Srna,
Your lovely comments are so welcome:)Although there was a lot of damage the grass was green within 10 days. After fires the whole area of the blaze literally blossoms into this wonderful green grass.. within a month you can't see there has been a fire except for the blackened trees which grow back very strangely (see photo)

Thank you for the rating and the lovely comments:)The fire caused a lot of damage but the grass was growing back within 10 days or so. Africa is an amazing place it seems to thrive after a fire:)
