The picture is a microscopic picture. The tissue fragment that I find has an cartilaginous consistency and I believe first that a part from a sea creature skeleton. Only at microscope it reveals this skin like structure.

After you took a picture of it you still couldn't figure out what it was? That's weird! It doesn't look like a reptile scale or fish scale.
