Thanks Keith. I have found playing around with cropping has helped my composition. Sometimes it can help to talk the pic with this in mind - i.e framing beyond what you think you will need. Hope this helps.

I should have backed up a bit but she has a great face and is a very sweet girl
I wanted to capture the person not just the picture

Nice expression and pretty model. Light a little harsh creating shine. Not sure about the crop - would have been nice to see more of her mouth and less of her forehead.
