First I took my photo "bi-directional sky" and moved the clouds with the Liquify tool.I also Cloned the clouds around the cross.The cross was drawn with the Magnetic Lasso tool.I also used the Glass tool to make the cross look like it was ice. ADOBE ELEMENTS PROGRAM....Thanks Reza
