Thank YOU Christine -- Sure I would -- Her name was Roxanna and she was small for a Lab- 50 lbs. She was 8 yr. when I lost her, best friend I ever had- but YOU know that :) I never had to use a lease, I just carried it - I was her world and she walked beside me everwhere.... I had to tie her up to stop her from playing too much... what a character...but they all are.

Thanks for your comments, Michele. Yes, play fighting can look so much like the real thing. My two always sound like they are killing each other, but they are just wearing each other out, and me too, since they make me laugh so hard watching them.
I'm sorry about your lab. I know that the pain always stays just a little bit. I lost both my 14 y.o dobbie mix, then a year later, my little 13 y.o. shepherd mix. I was just starting to volunteer at H.A.L.O. at the time, and turned down the 8 month old shepherd they wanted me to look at, my heart just couldn't bear it. I was able to get my doggie fix with all of the foster dogs, then three months later decided to look at her (she had been adopted then returned). I fell in love with her, and now she is a Therapy dog with our Angel Ears Therapy Dog program, and my heart. My point is (I sometimes do have them), is if you volunteer, you are more likely to find the perfect one for you... good luck in finding your next pup.

I am soooo glad You can translate this scene is just a 'Discussion' Christine cause it looks like the real deal as far as fighting :)) Excellent moment in time , and emotion here !! I Love that it's not for real and just play --- 7+++ !!!!
Michele~
ps I also think it's great that Leche is one of your fosters. I would love to adopt a dog right away...I am an animal person and lost my lab 3 yrs. ago-- I hadn't been stable since then until now :)
