Empty, yes, Dear Claudia... but it is also FULL! The image itself has great exposure and balance in tones/contrasts. I love B&W. And I look out of the windows of this empty room, and my eyes are filled with Life outside!

A very difficult thing to balance exposure so well, like you did here, Claudia! Between the bright lights on the windows and the dark parts on the walls there are words of dynamic - but you managed to get as much details as possible. Even the bricks pattern on the house that is visible through the left window are perfectly clear.
What was your focal length here? I would adjust the lens somewhere in the wide angle region for exaggerating perspective a bit, and thus win dramatic in geometry.
